Shares or property

Which investment are better - shares or property?

Q.

Which investment are better - shares or property? Are shares too risky?

A.

They are very different asset classes and scores of books have been written about the ways they behave. I have found that people tend to be polarised in their attitude to property and shares and each of them have their strong supporters and detractors. I am sure if you take the time to read about the subject, and study individual markets, you will be well on your way to forming your own view.
