Property advice

I am dealing with my first property development/subdivision and need some advice. Who should I talk to?

Q.

I am two years into my first property development/subdivision. The economy has changed a lot since committing to the project and I'm unsure who would be the best person to speak with about whether to hold or sell. I need help comparing the direct and indirect costs of each scenario. I'm frustrated, confused and worn out. I thought a financial advisor would be able to help me but I can't seem to find one that can give me suitable advice on my particular situation. What would you suggest?

A.

I doubt if any financial advisor could help you - the people you should be talking to are the real estate agents who are going to be selling the developed blocks and the lender who has the finance. They should be able to guide you.
