Managed funds or other?

Q.

I have $250,000 to invest and I was wondering if I should invest all of it in a managed fund or is there some way that I could leverage it to get more funds working for me?

A.

Youo should be talking to an adviser because it is possible to invest that in quality share trusts and then gear up the investment by taking out a margin loan. For this to be successful you would need to have the appropriate risk profile and be prepared to take a ten year view at least.
